We are excited to announce that this has been extended for another year! The extension will allow for currently approved pilot participants to reapply for an additional 12 months of coverage and for new applicants to apply! Applications will be accepted through July 31, 2025.

Current pilot participants will receive a letter with reapplication instructions, which MUST be completed at least 30 days before any current certification ends to ensure continuous coverage.
