Technology Adoption Days

DHS has introduced Technology Adoption Days, which provides weekly opportunities for customers to learn how to use the agency's digital resources. DHS Call Center

Hours: Many of the self-service options are available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you need to speak with a representative, our hours of operations are 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, except holidays.

Document Scanning Centers 

Document Scanning Center new locations in Providence and Pawtucket

Did you know Document Scanning Centers at our 125 Holden Street and 249 Roosevelt Avenue offices can help customers open and update their cases in as little as 10 minutes? It is a fast, easy, and convenient process, designed to save customers time. Community partner resources are available below:

Regional Offices

Regular in-person services at regional offices are available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, except holidays, from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. DHS provides weekly opportunities for customers to learn how to access the Customer Portal and mobile app as part of Technology Adoption Days, held at regional offices every Wednesday.
